HER BLOOM WORKSHOP

REGISTRATION OPENING SOON (early 2026)!

About the workshop

HER BLOOM is an empowering 14-week workshop series designed to help girls ages 13 to 26 blossom into their fullest potential. Meeting weekly, this intimate program combines creativity, self-reflection, and real-world skill-building through interactive weekly sessions. Girls will explore identity, confidence, communication, leadership, and vision… all in a safe and supportive sisterhood. Participants will receive weekly incentives for showing up and showing out, because we believe your time, voice, and growth matter. From art-based projects to powerful guest speakers, every session is curated to uplift and inspire.

——

Program oversight will be provided by Brielle K. Savage, the founder Busy Brie Consulting. Brielle brings nearly a decade of experience working with justice-involved youth and currently serves as a doctoral researcher studying the impacts of gun related homicides in Black communities. She will ensure all aspects of the program run smoothly—from planning to reporting—and offer additional support throughout the workshop.

This is a voluntary program, but weekly attendance is required. Youth must be able to attend consistently to support a cohesive group dynamic and maintain accountability. Inconsistent attendance may result in dismissal from the cohort to preserve the integrity of the workshop space.

Youth and families must be able to arrange their own transportation to and from weekly sessions. While limited transportation support may be available, it will be offered only in emergency circumstances and must be pre-coordinated with the project team.
